The Story
Hi, I'm Shriya — founder of Salzone. This is the story of why I started it, and why I believe everyone deserves access to real, healthy food.

The Problem
Swiggy, Zomato — you can get anything delivered in minutes. But real, fresh, healthy food? That requires time, effort, and money most people don't have.
Healthy food got locked behind premium cafés, expensive subscriptions, and meal plans that cost more than your grocery bill. Meanwhile, the convenient option was always the unhealthy one.
That didn't feel right. I wanted to change it.
The Turning Point
At 30, I was diagnosed with a range of health issues — the kind they usually tell you about in your 50s. It was a wake-up call I didn't expect, and couldn't ignore.
I decided to take control of my health. The obvious answer: eat whole foods, cook at home, cut out the junk. Simple in theory.
But cooking every day is effort. My cook made food that was healthy, sure — but so monotonous it made me dread meals. And the healthy delivery options? So expensive that ordering them regularly was simply not realistic.
"Healthy food shouldn't be a luxury you have to be privileged to afford. It should be available to everyone, every day."
So I started Salzone. A way to make fresh, whole-food eating actually accessible — affordable, convenient, and genuinely delicious. Starting at ₹79.
How We Make It
Every morning, from scratch. This is what it looks like.
What We Stand For
No matter how big we grow — these are non-negotiable.
Every ingredient is listed. Every process is visible. You always know exactly what's in your bowl and where it came from.
Our sprouts are sprouted by us, every morning. Not sourced. Not pre-packaged. From seed to bowl — we control it all.
Starting at ₹79. Real food shouldn't cost a premium. Everyone deserves to eat well — that's the whole point of Salzone.

Founder & CEO, Salzone
After a decade working with top-tier brands, a personal health scare led me to re-think everything about how we eat. Salzone is that idea made real — because healthy food shouldn't be a privilege.
