Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before midnight for next-day delivery by messaging us on WhatsApp.
- Once prepared, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions can be paused or skipped with at least 1-day notice via WhatsApp.
- No penalties for pausing or cancelling.
- Cancellation requests are processed immediately upon WhatsApp message.
Refunds
Given the perishable nature of our product, refunds work as follows:
- Damaged or incorrect orders: We will arrange a replacement or issue a credit for the next delivery. Please share a photo and your order details on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery.
- Non-delivery: If we fail to deliver a confirmed order, a full refund or credit will be provided.
- No refund is provided for orders cancelled after preparation has begun.

If you are unsatisfied, reach us on WhatsApp at +91 95986 16591 or email hello@salzone.in. We aim to resolve all concerns within 24 hours.
