About the Product

Not at all! Our sprouts are lightly steamed and all toppings are roasted (not fried). It tastes like the bhelpuri you grew up with — but zero fried elements.

Steaming makes sprouts much gentler on digestion. We'd recommend starting with the Small Bowl (100g) and seeing how you feel.

Consume within 24 hours of opening or before the use by date, whichever is earlier. Keep refrigerated at 0–4°C.

Every sprout is sprouted in-house using high-quality seeds . We control the entire process — seed to bowl.

Yes — we can remove toppings if you need peanut-free. Our chutneys contain mustard oil. Let us know your dietary requirements on WhatsApp and we will try our best to accomodate.

Subscriptions & Delivery

Simple — message us on WhatsApp. Tell us your bowl, which days of the week you want, and your time slot. We send a UPI request each week. No app, no autopay — just WhatsApp.

Of course. Just message us on WhatsApp before midnight and we'll skip that day. No penalties.
